Any ideas on losing weight? - menopausal arthritis
I'm menopausal and I am at least 45 # overweight. I am 49 and am having a hard time with him. I do not eat a lot. I read that 5-6 mini-meals is helpful in postmenopausal women. To do every day. I can move around a lot with arthritis in the hip and knee. However, I am active. Tighter credit, not supplements, check my thyroid is out.Thanks for help.
